Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

We are a destination management company that also conducts tours. Our business has the business registration number and the VAT registration number. It was legitimately formed under Mauritius legislation.

This platform and service are ours to own and operate (the website). Subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and rules outlined below, the website's infrastructure, content, and online reservation service are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We always serve as an agent or middleman between you and our suppliers.

The provisions of this Agreement bind both you and us. You must abide by the terms and conditions, guidelines, and privacy policy listed below in order to use and access this website. All website users are subject to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions, rules, or privacy policy, we highly suggest you to contact us.

By using the website, you accept the Terms and Conditions, rules, and privacy statements as they may be changed from time to time by us. Checking this page frequently is highly advised so that you can be aware of any updates we may have made to the aforementioned terms and conditions, rules, and privacy policy.

You are considered to have accepted an update or modification if you keep using our website after it has been posted. All of our items, which may be purchased through our website, any mobile device, by email, or over the phone, are subject to the terms and conditions, guidelines, and privacy policy.

After choosing your country of origin and a product from our selection, you must check the Terms and Conditions box, which is a required form, in order to use our website.

You make a reservation with us before proceeding to the checkout process and following the completion of credit card payment in full for the items you have chosen.

After the bank has approved the payment, we accept your reservation by sending you a "confirmation email." You will receive an email if we are unable to accept your reservation. We will assume, if you make a reservation on behalf of someone else, that you have their consent to do so and that you and they have mutually agreed to our terms and conditions, privacy statement, and other guidelines.

You will serve as the primary contact for your group, and all communications and agreements with us regarding you and every member of your group will come from you.

When we send you a confirmation message after getting bank payment approval, the contract between you and us is officially established.

2. Terms and Their Interpretations

“Arrangements” All references to "arrangements," "holiday," "booking," "package," and "tour" unless otherwise specified relate to holiday arrangements.

The term "Supplier" refers to a company that sells goods like hotels, villas, apartments, bungalows, (theme) parks, attractions, water and sea activities, museums, sightseeing tours, cruises, coach tours, transfers, insurances, and any other travel-related goods and services that may occasionally be offered on the Platform.

The terms "you," "your," "he," "she," and "customer" refer to the individual, business, organization, or other entity making the reservation.

3.8 Unforeseen or unavoidable events, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters or nuclear accidents, high water levels, technical or maintenance issues, and unfavorable weather conditions or forecasts, are considered circumstances beyond our or our supplier's control.

4.2 You are only granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view, print, or download any content, graphic, form, or document from the website for your own personal use; it is not intended for redistribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, creation of derivative works, or any other purpose.

4.3 The website is safeguarded by relevant copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. It is completely forbidden for you to copy, distribute, use, or publish any of these things or any portion of the website.

5. Privateness Principles

You may access our privacy policy, which outlines how we'll use your information, at Privacy Policy.

You agree to the processing indicated there and guarantee that the data you supply is correct by utilizing our platform and service, our website.

6. Prices

6.1 You acknowledge that, despite our best efforts to assure the accuracy of all information, including pricing and descriptions, on this website, mistakes may happen. You acknowledge that such inaccuracies, including typographical errors, are not legally binding.

6.2 Our website and/or the confirmation email both reflect all costs, including VAT and any other relevant taxes. Prices are per person or per group and are subject to the terms of validity as stated in the email of confirmation.

6.3 Each single lodging, amenity, activity, tour, and excursion's cost is listed in the package description. The quoted prices include the cost of offering the attractions, the cost of handling, reservation costs, credit card processing fees, clearing fees, and state and local taxes. These rates do not include transportation, food, drinks, tips for tour directors, drivers, and local guides, nor do they cover any other services not specifically included in the activity's description, unless stated differently.

6.4 Before or after you make a reservation, we retain the right to modify or update any of the prices that are listed on our website. The cost is determined by the regional rates provided by our suppliers. Services and tours are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. If the cost of your reservation changes, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the change. The website's activity costs are shown in Mauritius Rupees. The price will be converted at the current foreign currency rate if you want to pay in euros, pounds sterling, or dollars.

6.5 The currency converter is provided just for informational reasons and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Real prices could change.

7. Payment

7.1 For online and Card-Not-Present purchases, we employ the "Mauritius Commercial Bank - MCB Internet Gateway Service" (MiGS), a secure online payment system. The features listed below apply to Our Gateway:

  • Mastercard developed and hosts this website.
  • Processing of 3D Secure payments
  • It is PCI compliant.
  • Dedicated 24/7 Fraud Monitoring Team
  • Interface for the merchant back office
  • Acceptance and settlement in several currencies, including MUR, USD, GBP, and EURports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club/Discover.
7.2 Only legitimate credit cards may be used to make reservations online. When you make a reservation through our website, the bank does a customary authorization check on your payment card to make sure there are enough funds available to complete the transaction. After an authorization is obtained, your card will be charged. The funds collected when your card is debited are considered as a deposit towards the cost of the items you want to buy.

7.3 If you don't want to use our payment system or don't have a credit card, you may always get in touch with us to talk about other payment options.

7.4 Your reservation won't be taken into account as legitimate unless the bank ("MasterCard") approves it. The reservation will be immediately canceled and you will be notified via email if the bank (MasterCard) does not authorize the transaction.

7.5 Only credit cards are accepted for reservations made through our website. To confirm a reservation, full payment is necessary. Accepted credit cards include:

  • VISA
  • Credit Card
  • Invoking American Express

7.6 If appropriate arrangements are made, it is also possible to pay via bank transfer to our bank account.

7.7 Customers who request chargebacks will have their requests listed as overdue collection accounts with all three main credit bureaus.

8. Refunds for prepayment, cancellation, and no-show

8.1 Your credit card will be reimbursed with the appropriate amount in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect if you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason.

8.2 A cancellation fee of 5% of the voucher's total cost will be assessed to you (to cover our card processing and handling fees).

8.3 The following cancellation policy applies to scheduled activities on a certain date:

Policies on Cancellations

  • As a percentage of the Quantity ordered for the activity
  • Earlier than 30 days before the activity's date: 5 %
  • 15–30 days prior to the activity's scheduled date: 20 %
  • 7–14 days before the activity is scheduled: 35 %
  • 3–6 days before the activity's scheduled date: 50 %
  • Less than 2 days before the activity's scheduled date and No Shows: 100 %

Please be aware:
  • The aforementioned only applies on working days (Monday-Friday).
  • The consumer is expected to participate in the activity/attraction/service on a specified day based on the reservation they made. This date is known as the reserved date for the activity.
  • Only when an email is received will a cancellation notice be considered effective.
  • For the activity the client would want to cancel, cancellation fees are computed as a percentage of the booking total.
  • The day on which we receive your written cancellation notice is the day on which we shall compute the applicable cancellation fee.
  • After a tour, activity, attraction, or service has started, there are no refunds possible; this also applies to any packages, spa treatments, meals, or other services that have already been used.
  • We promise that you will receive a full refund if an activity is postponed because of inclement weather.
  • But, if the activity goes forward and you decide not to participate, you will be charged 100% of the activity's cost for the last-minute cancellation.
  • If you fail to show up or show up late for an activity, the tour will leave on schedule and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Admission fees to museums, national parks, aquariums, and botanical gardens, and tickets to special events are never refundable.
  • If a cancellation fee is expressed as a percentage, it is based on the total amount you must pay for the canceled activity.
Any member of your party who is unable to travel may transfer their seat to another member of your party. If the person who originally placed the order is unable to travel, you must notify us as soon as possible of this change and provide the name of the alternate person who will utilize the activity (so we can change the order on his name).

8.4 Failure to make timely payments, providing incorrect bank or credit card information, using an invalid credit card, or having insufficient funds are all at your own risk and expense, and you are not entitled to a refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid sum unless the Supplier agrees in accordance with its own (pre)payment and cancellation policy.

8.5 Be sure to inform our Duty Officer as soon as you know that you won't be there on time on the check-in date or won't come until the following day. If you need assistance notifying the provider, he or she can assist you. For the results of your tardy arrival, any supplier cancellations, or no-show fees, we disclaim all obligation and accountability.

8.6 In the odd event that we have to postpone or cancel a trip, activity, or attraction, we will:

  • Provide you a proposal for a vacation or package that is comparable.
  • If you choose not to take advantage of that option, we will give you a complete 100% refund of the money you spent on the canceled activity.
  • The sole exception to the foregoing would be in the event of a force majeure event or due to extraordinary and unanticipated circumstances beyond our control.

8.7 Refund requests must be sent through email in order to be considered. Requests sent by any other channel, such as direct email to a staff person, online chat, phone call, text message, or direct email to the supplier, will not be taken into account or handled. Within 28 days of the cancellation date, a refund request must be made.

8.8 With relation to the cancellation of your lodging:
  • By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the supplier's cancellation and no-show policy based on his house rules, the supplier's supplementary (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your visit or stay, and the supplier's relevant and applicable cancellation and no-show policy.
  • Go to the confirmation email and follow the instructions provided if you want to review, modify, or cancel your reservation. Please be aware that depending on the cancellation, (pre)payment, and no-show policies of the accommodation provider, you may be charged for your cancellation or may not be eligible to get a refund of any (pre)paid money. Before making your reservation, it is advised that you carefully review the cancellation, (pre)payment, and no-show policies of the accommodation provider. You should also keep in mind to make any additional payments for the specific reservation on time.
  • The lead name shall provide us with prompt notice of any cancellation of the holiday by you or any other person named on your booking. Within 24 hours following the lead name's notice, any telephone notification must also be verified in writing or by email. If we receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours of the original notice, it will become effective the day you notify us of it. The day you give us written confirmation of the cancellation notification is considered our "material date" for this agreement.
  • Within seven days, you will receive a cancellation invoice. In order to avoid a rise in fees, if you do not receive this, do get in touch with us very once.
  • Our "General Accommodation Cancellation Fee per Person Cancelling" shall be superseded by the supplier's house regulation. The "General Accommodation Cancellation Fee per Person Cancelling" will, however, be charged in the event that the product does not specifically state the providers' house rules.
The cancellation fee for our general lodging is as follows:
  • Earlier than 61 days: 5% of the whole cost of the vacation:
  • 60 – 42 days: 50% of the entire vacation expense
  • 41 – 33 days: 60% of the whole holiday budget
  • 32 – 15 days: 90% of the entire cost of the trip
  • 14 days maximum: the entire expense of the vacation

9. Indemnification

9.1 You concur wholeheartedly to hold us, our directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates harmless from any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees), resulting from your use of this website or your violation of the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and guidelines.

10. Booking on a certain chosen date.

10.1 We highly advise that you book the product a minimum of 15 days before the day on which you would want to utilize the product in order for us to execute your booking fully and supply you with the product you wish on your desired exact date. All reservations are based on space.

10.2 If you don't reserve the product at least 15 days before the day you want to use it, we can't guarantee that your reservation will be honored.

11. Problems and grievances.

11.1 When a dispute first occurs, we employ a complaints management method that we run.

11.2 You must notify the relevant provider right away if you have a complaint or if there is a problem with your trip, activity, or attraction so that they can take the necessary steps to fix it.

11.3 You must notify us in writing within 28 days of the activity's day if you are still not pleased. Please provide your booking reference and a thorough description of your complaint. Only in our function as an intermediary are we able to help you address your issue.

11.4 If you disregard this complaints process, we will be unable to file a claim for compensation on your behalf.

12. Personal items being stolen or damaged.

12.1 If your personal property is stolen or destroyed while participating in your activities, we are not responsible. As a result, we are not required to pay you back for any related losses.

12.2 You acknowledge that it is your obligation to exercise necessary caution and attention by keeping a tight eye on your personal things and refraining from bringing expensive items to any activity.

12.3 While not in any way included in any of our activities, vacations, or other products, insurance to cover the loss of luggage and belongings is also strongly advised.

13. Liabilities

13.1 We serve as the sole point of contact between you and our providers of events, attractions, and other goods. As a result, we assume no responsibility of any type for any death, bodily injury, loss, consequential loss, or damage of any sort you and your group, and your dependents may experience unless these events are directly attributable to our own carelessness.

13.2 We assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for any government restrictions, terrorist attacks, weather, mishaps, fatalities, or other events beyond our control or the control of the providers.

13.3 You recognise and agree that the provider is solely responsible for all issues relating to the attractions and activities they provide to the client. The provider shall be exclusively responsible for supplying the aforementioned attractions and activities with appropriate care and attention, assuring the highest possible level of service while upholding high standards of customer service.

13.4 You undertake to hold our employees and us harmless from any liabilities, even if we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept your help in resolving disputes and to take legal action on our own behalf against any suppliers and the party that is in breach of its duties.

14. Officer on Duty

14.1 We provide twenty-four-hour help. Our Duty Officer can be reached at the number listed on the confirmation notification and/or voucher(s).

15. Abandonment

15.1 If you violate these terms and we do nothing about it, we will still be able to utilize our legal options against you in future instances if you violate these terms.

16. Whole Agreement

16.1 All prior and current agreements between you and us are superseded by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and guidelines, which together include the complete agreement. Any waiver of any aspect of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Guidelines shall only be valid if it is in writing and signed by an officer or director lawfully authorized to act on our behalf.

17. Judicial Authority

17.1 The laws of the Republic of Mauritius shall govern this Agreement, and the appropriate courts within that Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to its interpretation and/or performance.

GUIDELINES

You acknowledge that you are bound by the rules and regulations listed below when using our website. It is strongly advised that you review this page frequently to be abreast of any revisions we make to the guidelines as they may occur from time to time.

Accommodation

Levels of Hotels
It might be difficult to pick the ideal hotel. While the majority of hotels have official star ratings, these cannot always be trusted in specific circumstances. For your convenience, we have online categories for all hotels. Yet standards might differ even among hotels in the same category. It's crucial that you thoroughly study each hotel's description before selecting one.

A triple or quad room
A third or fourth person sharing a room can do so by using one of the beds already present or by having an additional bed (which could be a camp bed) set up in a double or twin room. Booking two rooms could be a good idea because the space might be restricted.

Children

Auto seats
The relevant and applicable regulation differs from country to country, so it's vital to be aware of this if you're traveling with small children. Moreover, kid seats are not supplied for transfers. If you have a special need for a car seat, we encourage you to either bring your own or call our sales team, and we will try our hardest to make arrangements for you; there may be an additional fee for this.

Complimentary stays at child-friendly hotels
At several of our hotels, we offer "free child accommodation stays," which are often based on sharing existing beds in the room.

If you need a separate bed, you must let us know when making your reservation since there could be an additional fee or this fee would need to be paid locally. Any meal plan fees will continue to be charged.

"Children on vacation"

The availability of triple or quad rooms is a condition of the offers. Infants are those who are younger than 2 years old on the day of travel. Please be aware that newborns are not given meals. Infant fees are predicated on an infant riding on an adult's lap; fees for newborns needing their own seat will be extra. The visitor must pay the hotel directly for any fees associated with a baby crib in the room and food. Each hotel will run under separate rules, and complete information will be given locally.

Young people under 18 who are traveling alone or with just one parent It is highly recommended that you research the rules of minors traveling alone, with one parent, or with other legally recognised adults.

Short-term stays

Several hotels have minimum stay requirements during specific times. If applicable, you will be informed of them at the time of booking.

Reservation of a Room for a Late Arrival or Early Departure

Unless otherwise specified, hotel rooms will typically be made accessible between 14 and 15 hours and must be vacated between 10 and 12 hours, regardless of when you arrive or go. You can reserve the accommodation at the time of booking at a fee no higher than the extra night rate stated if you need it to be ready before 14 00 hours on the day of your arrival or available after 10 00 hours for an afternoon or evening departure.

Discounts, special discounts, and offers for honeymoons and anniversaries

When the possibility of a room upgrade is stated, it often refers to an upgrading to the next category of hotel rooms—not a suite. Although we will make every effort to provide a double bed for honeymooning couples, we cannot always guarantee this and the supply of a double bed is not a requirement of your contract with us. Offers for wedding anniversaries are valid when traveling.

Remember to bring a copy of your marriage certificate with you when you go on vacation and to let us know if it is your honeymoon or silver or golden anniversary. Your stay and/or vacation must begin and end within the required date range, under the specific deals as indicated, in order to qualify.

The nights spent at the hotel must be consecutive for hotel sale discounts and bonus night offers, if there is a minimum stay requirement. The deals listed are accurate, however some may change without prior notice and some cannot be combined. For the most recent and accessible offers, please contact our sales team or check online to see which specials apply to your vacation. These promotions are often updated.

(a) Supplements

As part of a promotion or benefit, we could provide a complimentary breakfast, lunch, or supper as well as a hotel bar credit or spa services at specific hotels.

(b) Offers for Bonus Nights

Please make sure to enquire about the amount of extra nights you will receive when making your reservation since in cases when we specifically mention bonus night offerings, it may not indicate that bonus nights are increased if you book for a longer length.

(c) Couples-only accommodations and all-inclusive hotels

Several accommodations marked "for couples" exclusively accept mixed-sex couples. In order to make sure your hotel of choice is appropriate, we advise same-sex couples to do extensive research on it before making a reservation.

Hotels frequently impose limitations on dining establishments and meal times. All-inclusive does not always imply that there is limitless access to food and drink throughout the day, and such packages seldom contain minibars. Each hotel will run under separate rules, and complete information will be given locally.

(d) Public Holidays and Local Festivals

Your holiday may be momentarily disrupted by the celebrations, and certain religious holidays may see a decrease in services and entertainment. Others are a little folkloric but a lot of fun to participate in. We advise that you choose your departure date after considering this information. Several events are planned throughout the season, therefore we advise you to do extensive research on your preferred location before making a reservation.

(e) Other hotel visitors

Weddings, seminars, and conferences may be accommodated at many hotels, particularly in cities and popular resort areas. However, certain locations have an inflow of organizations like incentives, students, associations, or clubs at particular seasons of the year. The hotels we highlight are frequented by visitors from several nations, each with its own culture and traditions. Booking acceptance at the hotels we list is beyond our control. Hence, we are unable to take responsibility for any disruption these groups or their actions may create.

(f) Seasons of the Holidays

Several hotels offer calmer "off peak" times when you may benefit from empty beaches and more individualized service from hotel personnel at great pricing. Hotels may need to reduce the size of certain of its amenities, such restaurants, in order to accommodate demand during this time. Similar to this, hotels are fully occupied at busy times, which can lead to a livelier environment and slower service in crowded facilities.

(g) Meals

  • Unless otherwise stated in the text, meals are based on buffet or table d'hôte menus where included. Vacations that include meals as part of the package often start with dinner when you check in to your hotel and end with breakfast (if you're on half-board) or lunch (if you're on full-board) when you leave. The typical check-out time for all-inclusive packages is between 10:00 and 12:00 on the day of departure. All further meal payments must be paid directly to the hotel after this point. There are no reimbursements for missed meals.
  • Special diets of any sort, even vegetarian ones, are rarely accommodated effectively by a table d'hôte menu and cannot be guaranteed. Thus, we highly advise anyone with particular dietary needs to book a trip that just includes breakfast (or no meals at all) and to choose the best local delicacies from the à la carte menu.
  • Whole breakfasts are more frequently included when breakfast is included, while some hotels also provide continental options. If this is essential to you, kindly inquire at the time of booking.
  • Supplements for optional meal plans provide you the chance to budget for supplemental expenses before you travel. You could find that the price of the meal is lower locally in certain situations, but we regret that we won't be able to reimburse the difference either during or after your vacation.
  • Meals reserved in advance might only be served in the hotel's main restaurant, and it occasionally could be required to share a table with other guests. Some hotels may allow you to request a credit from the table d'hôte supper to be applied against a meal in an à la carte restaurant if you have paid the half board additional.
  • Please be aware that the value of the coupon is typically much lower than the half-board supplement included in the cost of your vacation.
  • Restaurants and dining options are frequently restricted by hotels. All-inclusive does not always imply that there is limitless access to food and drink throughout the day, and such packages seldom contain minibars. Each hotel will run under separate rules, and complete information will be given locally.

(h) Supply of water and electricity

The water and energy services are unable to meet the rising demand in a tropical nation like Mauritius. Insufficient rainfall may put further strain on their capacity. Hotels make every effort to continue offering all services. Unfortunately, there may be sporadic power outages and/or water limitations.

(i) Accommodations In Tropical Regions

The presence of "insects" in hotel rooms is all but certain, especially at seaside resorts. It is merely a reality of life in these places and should not be interpreted as a sign of unkemptness. Palm palms and other flora, which may develop quite fast in tropical climes, may partially block views from some hotel rooms.

(j) Watersports and other activities

Several hotels provide different sporting activities, including watersports, sometimes at no cost. Please be aware that the organizers of these activities may need you to demonstrate your proficiency before beginning and retain the right to prohibit participation for any reason if they believe it may jeopardize your or another guest's safety. This is done for your personal safety. Please be careful to check local regulations as there may be age requirements for children or adults to participate in specific activities.

(k) Actions or conduct

Most people go on vacation to unwind and relax, so we reserve the right to cancel your trip if, in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager, tour guide, or other person in authority, your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, upset, or damage to property, or is consistently interfering with the enjoyment of others. If this were to occur, there would be no refund or compensation given, and we would no longer be in charge of planning your vacation, including your return trip.

(l) Lost and found items and personal belongings

For security purposes, valuables should be kept to a minimum and packed in your carry-on bag with your medications, camera, film, electrical or battery-operated devices, as well as the bare minimum of necessities like a change of clothes and toiletries. It might be simple to lose things, but you must always take care of your stuff, make sure you have appropriate coverage from comprehensive insurance, and take responsibility for your actions. Safes are available for that reason in hotel rooms. To assist with any insurance claims you could make after your return, if you lose any personal belongings while you're on vacation, get a documented report from a local agent or the police.

(m) Supplements for the High Season

At busy times like Christmas, New Year's, and Easter, you can discover that supplements are added to the price of your vacation. The extra charges could apply to special holiday departures and/or lodging on particular days. They don't imply that extra services like gala dinners will be offered. At the time of booking, you will get a quotation for the price of these additions.

Excursions, Tours, and Experiential Learning:

The experiences that are included in your package:

We are happy to provide a selection of different "experiences" and activities that you may pre-book and pay for as part of your vacation package. You may need to be in good physical and mental health to participate in some activities, such as diving or other water sports. By making a reservation with us, you attest to the fact that you and your group are in excellent health and don't have any medical conditions that would make participation risky. Safety precautions must always be followed. Please be aware that these may be based on minimum enrollment requirements and subject to last-minute cancellations.

In this case, you will get a complete refund of the money you spent on the tour or activity in issue.

About experiences that are not included in your pre-paid package:

Throughout your stay, we also provide support and representative services at the hotel. A variety of events and activities that you pay for locally can be reserved.

General health needs for tours

Buying locally
We are unable to guarantee the quality or worth of any products you may buy locally, including jewelry, furniture, clothes, and other goods. We cannot help with any costs you may incur in this regard, therefore we advise you to verify if any additional fees for import duty or freight would be required.

Transfers of a Group
Unless specifically specified otherwise on the relevant pages or in your documents, we offer group transportation from airports/hotels and vice versa as part of our services. A group transfer is typically a shared transfer, with stops made along the way to drop off or pick up more customers. The type of vehicle utilised will typically depend on the size of the group.

Your transfer's duration will rely on the particular preparations that must be made. As an alternative, we provide you the option to upgrade to a private transfer at the right price.

If We Alter Your Vacation Accommodation

In extraordinary circumstances, it is conceivable that we might be informed that the reserved accommodations have been overbooked or that your accommodations may need to be modified for other reasons as we have no control over how your lodging is managed on a daily basis. If this occurs before your departure or when you arrive at the resort, we will make every effort to find lodging that is at least of the same caliber in the same resort area. We will repay any difference between the accommodation booked and what is really available, as well as up to Eur 50 per person for any inconvenience, if only lower-standard lodging is available.

The Weather

As the weather across the world is getting more irregular and unpredictable, we cannot be held liable if terrible or unexpected weather conditions cause your vacation to be disrupted.

Members of Our Staff

We take great satisfaction in our staff's professionalism and friendliness. We are dedicated to ongoing training, which includes call recording as part of our ongoing effort to consistently enhance our quality of service.

Late Reservations & Special Deals

Please be aware that many of the hotels and excursions that are part of our late reservations and/or special deals are also displayed on our other primary website. Unless otherwise specified, any discounts or amenities described therein do not apply to last-minute reservations or special offers.
